I came here to buy a sim card and was surprised the cost was fifty dollars ($50). I never recalled sim cards being that expensive. I had a T-Mobile branded phone and gave it to an acquaintance, who is a Metro PCS customer. The phone was unlocked, so the representative said a MetroPCS branded sim card is needed in order for the phone to be used on the MetroPCS network, which is fine. I was fine with that and was ready to buy the sim card. I was just a bit surprised by the price tag. Fifty dollars! Really? To top it off, the cashier said they only take cash (even though a credit card machine was right in front of the register). This led me to believe the cashier was pocketing the money. Lets be honest here, these types of stores are for people with bad credit beyond repair, no credit, no social security number, proper address, or possibly undocumented folks (if ya know what i mean). I didn't have time for the BS or the games, so i left. But i let the cashier have it before i left and shut him down immediately. I gave him attitude with my vaseline lips, and a scarf wrapped around my head. He gagged in silence. Had he talked back, i would have taken off my fake press-on-nails and fought him on the 59th Street Bridge, or the Brooklyn bridge. Hardcore style! I'll never be returning to this store again.

Carlos, who I always see at this place, is one of the best customer service reps I've ever dealt with. I've dealt with other MetroPCS folks over the years, and none come up to his professionalism. Always helpful.

Never go to this Store @ Metro pcs, 4627A Greenpoint Ave. Sunnyside NY 11104 These Sales People are a Bunch of Thieves!! There are Free Phones for Promotion and they try to Sell them??? In my Case, I was Changing Phone Companies with my Original Phone Number and Metro pcs Advertises a Free Phone? Well, the Heavy Set Dark Skin Latina was the Biggest Thief of them all, calling her Boss, in Front of me, who told her to make me Pay for the Free Phone??? What a "Ladrona" I gave her the Dirtiest Look and walked the F*** out that Stupid Store!! I Called their Customer Service Corporate Office, but they didn't do anything, because they're Still in Business! "Caveat Emptor" Latin term meaning let the "Buyer Beware"!!!

Never buy a phone from this Metro PCS! I was sold a used and damaged iPhone 7 32 GB. Also, I was charged an extra $80 for no reason at all. My total bill was $802.59. The owner refuses to go to the store to exchange my phone for a new iPhone 7 32 GB. I have a receipt for the merchandise and the box it came in with the extra items included. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and Metro PCS and I will be filing a complaint with Apple.
