Fantastic customer service. The salesperson who helped me over several days when a new phone was glitchy was named Mia and she was very helpful and patient in explaining things (im older and more analog based, she took her time helping me understand several things that just werent clicking for me that might be easier for more digitally oriented people). She followed up with phone calls and lots of above-and-beyond details that really made her stand out from other experiences i've had. GIVE MIA A RAISE! ?

This place is the BEST!!! Phenomenal service and knowledgeable staff! Mia and I discussed my needs, chose the best devices and adjusted the plan to meet my needs. The best part is that she managed lower my bill in the process! So, yeah, she's looking out for the customer. I'll continue to do business here and suggest you do, too. Very highly recommended.

The mobile expert at the counter recommended me a Samsung phone that I honestly wasn't very sure about getting but the phone is fast and good. Got a good phone for less than 150$ I can't believe it . Will come back here if I need another phone.

Bought a iPhone 7 a long time ago and I still have it. The service is good. Jasmine helped me with my iCloud, they couldn’t help me at the apple store but she helped me.

Customer service here is exceptional! I’ve been there two times, and both times Josmy helped me with my issue. She does a great job, is very polite, knowledgeable, understanding, and also she’s fast too. All stores need more employees like her!

What I like the most is that they are always opened even on holidays. I come here every time I need help with my iPhone and Jasmy is always very professional and always has a solution to my problems. Thanks for being there when we need you.

Josmy : Her customer service is amazing. True story, she is the defacto for how all service persons should handle customer requests. I've been to this store over 3 years running. Never had a problem. Josmy has been here each time.

The customer service rep called Josmy is never at the store, and when she actually opens the store she always has an excuse to not take the payments or give the service, she's normally sending us to go to another Metro PCS store because ''she's not in the mood'' or ''she doesn't want to work''. Very disrespectful and rude, never coming back to this location again.
