The Indian guy that works late night shift is extremely rude and does not know how to act in a customer service environment. I suggest the management sees this and does something about it because I won't be shopping here or picking up my medications from here anymore

As others have noted, this shouldn’t even be called a drugstore. They don’t have ANYTHING on the shelf. A corner bodega would probably be better than this. As you can see in the video, the eye care section is completely empty. Don’t waste your time if you are in need for over the counter products.

1. I got a text from CVS saying "We are contacting your Dr. for an alternative medication to [medication which is experiencing shortages]. Will text when ready."
I got my dr to file the same prescription at a different pharm, and they got the med within a week! No need to switch prescriptions, and risk side effects with a new med
2. The pharm said my Medicare D insurance won't pay for my glucose test strips. That's true - because Medicare B pays for it! I remember now that previous CVS pharmacists knew this
3. Am starting to assume that they're probably out of any over the counter health product more complex than BandAids or aspirin (only a slight exaggeration)
Am giving them 2 stars instead of their richly deserved 1, because they used to be better

Saw me trying to reach item a lot. They passed by me a lot and didn’t help me. I have a disability called Multiple Sclerosis and they didn’t help me. But I was able to get the item by myself.

I choose store pick up last night and when I came here this afternoon, they told me I need to wait them send message to me.
The store close at 9 p.m., and I didn't get my medicine ready even at 6p.m.
