Excellent customer service, very friendly and welcoming place, good managers and staff. Everyone that works there is wonderful and professional. They greet everyone that walks in and are very helpful. Good staff comes from great leadership. I see more customers coming in and out of this branch more than ever due to their success. I wanted to appreciate their services and courtesy.

Today the 22nd I came to Chase, the manager who is terrible treats the staff very badly, he even told me to make another appointment to open my account when I had already taken time fixing a check problem, what Chase has to do is change that manager who He is a short, dark-skinned man, like a Hindu. Just because he saw me with a Latin face, he treated me like a racist. I felt that it was racism for me, that ManGer has to change. The young man who helped me, Steven, was very kind, but that manager, like three times He went to tell him can you hurry up because I have a lot of people can you hurry up because I have a lot of people very rudely Unfortunately Chase has a bad character to work as a manager so called manager ??

Koreans,, hehe, I'm not good at English, but I opened an account here. Tseyu. I was very nervous because I was scared after seeing the star rating, but I made a reservation and opened an account with Mamadou Dillow. Maybe it was because he couldn't speak English, but he took over an hour to create an account for me. He was really kind. The manager also came in the middle of the day and asked if I was okay. I guess they went there without making a reservation because of the bad reviews? maybe? Anyway, if you make a reservation, everything will be fine.

If you are looking to open a business account do not go this this branch. They will make you jump hoops wait and give you the runaround all while experiencing harassment and racial profiling. Worst experience & disappointed that our chase experience was at this branch giving all the great things folks have to say about chase bank.

Best bank ever man seriously. The manager Tilak and EVERYONE in it constantly trying to always check up with us every few min to make sure we are attended to and taken care of. Perfect service and everyone here is happy always and always putting a smile on everyone's face. Thank you for a wonderful experience always. Also they are always accomodating my disabled mother. Thank you guys. Shoutout to Eddie, Elizabeth and the rest of the crew thank you so much.

Worst Chase bank I've been too. They make you wait hours to see someone, so we just ended up leaving. Horrible customer service. The people who work their don't give a dam about you. Also you can't go inside the bank to use the machines after it closes, hahahaha! The Chase in Rego Park is 100 times better than this trashy place.

I don’t know why this branch has so many bad reviews. And that’s why I was skeptical of scheduling my appointment here.In fact, I had a really good experience. I attended my appointment today. Since I needed to update some information on my account and unfortunately the person who was assigned to attend me took the day off, but the staff were really nice, so they told me that they were gonna check if another banker could attend me. And they did, I was attended by Maria, and she was really patient, kind and helpful through all the process of updating my account information she even pointed out some mistakes in my account and we did all the corrections my account needed and she kindly provided all the information I asked regarding investments and credit cards. I had a really good experience as a client on this branch. I highly recommend it.

If you want to wait for customer service more than 2 hours. This is the right place. We are not in COVID times anymore. Customer service asked you for an appointment if you don’t have you expect the wait line for about 3 hours. Also there are at least 2 o 3 representatives walking up and down for the office and not enough people in customer service.
