Today I had one of the worst experiences visiting the bank. When I entered, one of the bank's employees of African American descent suggested to me and tried to pressure me that check deposits are made in the machines they have there or online. I also told her that I would make the payment on my credit card but she still continued. insisting She, with a look of contempt, sent me to one of the windows and the inattentive cashier, after making my deposits, asked me if I needed anything else and I told him that I wanted to pay my credit card. He replied that this is done online. I was hoping to make my card payment since I am on the site and they can help me with that right away. But this employee, whose name I don't remember but was wearing a pair of earrings, had no intention of helping me and chose to "suggest" that I do it online. Personally, I feel safer and more reliable carrying out my transactions in the same bank. I don't have that right as a client? I feel really discriminated against as an older adult woman.
In the past the employees were more friendly and attentive.

A TELLER AT THIS BANK NAMED NATALIE STOLE MONEY FROM MY SAVINGS ACCOUNT AND CHECKING ACCOUNT AND HANDED IT TO SOMEONE NOT ME. I DONT EVEN LIVE IN NEW YORK. I LIVE IN TEXAS. IVE CALLED EVERYONE. IVE DONE EVERYTHING I CAN. NOW ILL FILE A POICE REPORT. CAPITAL ONE AND THIS BRANCH STOLE MONEY FROM ME. PLEASE BANK ANYWHERE ELSE.

Online doesn't work properly. Then you have to take a photo of your drivers license. The complexities go on and on. You can't close out a CD in person and receive a check. It has to be over the phone and a check has to be mailed. Customer service talks and talks and does not seem concerned. I don't like dealing with this bank and have taken out my considerable sum that was in a CD.

It is a really disappointing experience. The lady didn’t let me talk with anyone about a car loan as everything is online. Although I called the customer service and they said to go to the closest branch. Waisted my time.

No more Tellers? If we have to use the ATM to take out a decent amount of money at least have the option of being able to take out $50 bills. Half the time people are unable to take out money from this bank at the ATM to begin with. Please do better.

Fantastic bank! The decor and inside of the bank has been renovated and really elevated since the last picture posted of it from 7 years ago. I highly recommend anyone to come here as they are efficient and friendly. Their implementation of updated technology to help make transactions a lot quicker. But that doesn't mean that there aren't people around to help. I was able to get assistance from anyone in the bank and they are highly patient and helpful. It was an fantastic experience.
