I am a fan of Bank of America for many reasons, one of those is that is the only financial institution that I feel welcome and that has always helped me. I was also a fan of Robinhood investment app. However, I was not satisfied with the way Robinhood works, it takes 6 days for the money to be transferred, the charts are not as clear for the financial information of the stocks as other apps, and there is not Customer Service agent to answer question or help. I believe the lack of Human interaction to provide Customer Service for many companies, will be their biggest loses, because no matter how advance and great technology is, we are Humans and we as consumers and customers will always need a Human to complete a transaction.This lead me to switch from Robinhood to Merrill Edge. With Merrill, the transfer are done instantly, the funds are ready right away, and there is a real person providing Customer Service at the bank which makes a huge difference. There is no fee on transactions with Merrill, while Robinhood does have small fees. No fees per transaction is better, a Penny saved is a Penny earned. The charts and financial information on Merrill Edge are also better to read and with a lot more information.If you want to trade and play with the stock market, Merrill is the way to go.”
