“This is a very honest shop and Reed really helped me out! I was hit by a wreckless driver who scratched the side of my car. Reed took a look and had his shop clean the sides and the scratches were miraculously removed. He didn’t charge me for this service but I will be back to get their help removing a dent that was left over. Cannot recommend this shop enough! Amazing hard working honest employees!! So glad I trusted my gut and came here!”

“People like Sajeel are very rare in the world that we live today.. he is very honest, respectful and very knowledgeable about cars. I called on Sunday morning about a mechanical issue and he came right after to inspect the issue. It took him less than an hour to diagnose the problem. “I moved to the Fort Lee area 5 years ago, but still found myself going far away to visit my trusted mechanics elsewhere. It became very inefficient, and I wondered if I could find a local mechanic. I checked online reviews and found Lee Family Auto Repair. I had a great experience when I went for the first time. I drove up in the middle of the afternoon and requested an oil change. They said they could accommodate me right away, so I waited in the clean waiting area where there were complimentary beverages and snacks. I was told that the brake pads needed replacing. This was definitely not an upsell. They were looking out for me. I had forgotten that the brakes were making a sound. I asked how much and how long it would take. It sounded reasonable so I decided I would take care of that because it needed to be addressed. The work was finished quickly -- much faster than I expected (I had stepped out for errands -- the shop is located very conveniently within walking distance of Hannam, CVS, Chase, etc.). He explained that had I waited longer, I would have done more damage to the brakes and required more work. Whew! They went above and beyond when they voluntarily repositioned and secured my front bumper which had been hanging on by zip ties (I am a terrible car owner). They just did that without me asking or charging me. Such a lovely establishment. I feel very comfortable switching to Lee Family Auto Repair as my regular mechanic.”

He ensures that my tires were balanced and the tire pressure monitor was replaced without any extra cost. All his staff was great and polite.. “I had some pretty gnarly fender damage thanks to another motorist running a red light. Frankie, Stacy, Vinny and the rest of the team were straight-up artists, re-storing the fender and even matching the unusual color of my Ford Escape such that you'd never know anything happened. And were completely down-to-earth people, with down-to-earth prices, in doing so. Cannot recommend this shop enough. Hopefully you never need a body shop. But if you do, go here and don't look back.”
“Everyone here is so helpful and kind. I’ve came to Motorcepts for years to fix issues with my dad’s e46. Every time I’ve had such a pleasant experience and all car issues were resolved in a reasonable amount of time . Leo and Fred were so welcoming and kind from the start. “Its always nerve-racking having to go to the auto shop but at A&M I feel comfortable and taken care of! Hassan who runs the shop really knows his stuff and is eager to help as best as he can! I've had issues with my old 2008 Saturn and he managed to help me on that. And now I have a new electric Toyota and I was able to bring it in and getting pricing to fixing my bumper. He managed to the do the job efficiently. The mechanics are very knowledgeable as well!!!! I would highly suggest you visit them if you need assistance with your car.”

“Such a great experience working with Rick and Kate. I actually couldn't imagine a better experience at an auto repair shop.
I called several different ones initially to get my NYS inspection updated, and in talking to Kate over the phone, it was clear that they were different than the others, so it was an easy choice ultimately. When I brought my car over for the inspection, I asked about car washes because my car had been sitting unused in a garage for ~6 months, and they simply offered to clean it for free in the street while I was waiting.
My car then needed additional repairs (and I ultimately decided to sell it), and Rick and Kate were incredibly accommodating, allowing me to cancel my monthly parking garage and just keep the car at their shop until I was able to find a buyer.
I really can't recommend them enough (as you can see because I never write Google reviews). They are really doing things differently, with unparalleled customer service, and it turned a potentially stressful situation into a really pleasant one.
If you're ever in need of a car repair and you live in Queens or not (I actually live in Manhattan but will continue going to them for anything I need), you should call them, talk to Rick and/or Kate, and you'll immediately see what I'm talking about.”

He had a lot of knowledge not just about auto body repairs but also about navigating insurance companies, police report, and car rental. He was really easy and pleasant to work with from my outreach about a free evaluation to helping me with his insights about working with insurance companies and local offices as well as the car rental etc. His was easy to reach, very kind, went above and beyond for phenomenal service, and I'm very satisfied with the work he did in installing a new door. “Brooklyn Motors is a clean shop that does good work, you’ll see everything from Audi R8’s and Nissan Gtr’s to Audis and Bimmers, and for good reason, they do excellent work. If you’re like me and work on your own car from time to time but are unsure of an install, leave it up to the pros and get it done right the first time. Eric is cool and will take his time with any questions or concerns you may have, he sat down and ordered some parts online for me when I needed work done on my coil overs, much appreciated. Highly recommend and will be taking my car back here in the future.”
“Phenomenal car repair shop. The owner and his mechanics are extremely professional and knowledgeable in their craft. They know their cars! Went to another place to get my AC fixed - it stopped working in 2 months. Come to find out previous shop didn’t install it correctly! They showed me where the issue was, explained how it was installed incorrectly and then showed me how they installed it the right way. I have made them my go-to-shop. I get my oil changes done here now too. Jeep charges 3xs the amount and this place uses the same “high grade” oil. They even showed me the bottle, unsealed it, and poured it into my car in front of me. No nonsense place. Love them! Highly recommend.”
