The store is ok. But the staff is not. Why? I'll answer you. This store is located inside a gas station. 90% of visitors are drivers. At least half of them ask for the toilet when entering a store. The staff always refuses them, they say that they are not working today. I think that this is a very rude form of disrespect for visitors. This is my opinion and my assessment.

Nighttime incidents.I came in late night from university to pick a frozen pizza to be cooked, only to be met by a fierce and a very unpleasant nasty attitude on behalf of this particular person and the staff . She made mention that the oven had not been working to which I asked when it would be back on working in store again, with respect. But she was very upset presenting a nasty attitude and resentment as if I was culprit of her day .I made mentioned that I would like to email; call or even speak to the manager on this matter, only to be met by fierce resistance and a unprofessional attitude in silence which is uncalled upon and unprofessional.I have videos of the situation and I will be reporting the incident to the BBB and DCP. This is not the first time these incidents have occurred.

This tall black guy name Rob (wasn’t doing any work that whole time we were there) was so disrespectful just because we asked a question. He came close and tried to fight my boyfriend. He needs to be fired. We have videos of it. That guy shouldn’t have a job, he needs to go to Etiquette class.

We always drink vanilla iced coffee, I can drink unlimited drinks of my choice, the staff are very good, the prices are very good, do not pay attention to the bad comments, I recommend it.
