They always have long lines at the registers, and most lanes are closed. The employees are nasty and useless and won't help you, but they'll give you attitude. Go to a different store!

I went to buy a TV, I expected attention from someone who could show the difference between one and the other and nothing, an employee only said what is there is what is available and left, in conclusion being such a large company, they lost personalized attention

I had THE worst experience when picking up my order.
I called the number listed on the sign and it kept going straight to voicemail. After numerous calls, I called the store directly and directed the call to the pickup extension and someone kept picking up and hanging up without a word.
Finally, I decided to walk into the store and asked to speak to a manager. The manager called the person in charge of the pickup department and that person lied and said he didn't hear the phone ring at all.. okay.
The manager told me to walk to the back of the store for pickup (to digital in the garden). That didn't make any sense to me. I found someone else and asked where I could find the pickup section and he walked me over.
There were two girls in the pickup section. I told them I wanted to pick up my order and they refused. LOL. What? They said, "go back outside and call the store and tell us you are here to pick up your order".
I am right in front of you.. how does that make sense? So I said okay, give me the number to call so I can call while I am standing right in front of you. She looks at the other girl and they laugh like something is funny.
I call the number.
I watched a gentleman towards the back of the pickup section, look at the phone ring (I guess he turned it on after the manager spoke to him) AND HE WAS IGNORING THE CALL until he saw I was looking right at him with the phone to my ear.
He tells the girls to help me with my order. The girl asks me for my last name, finds my order, and then asks what number am I. I said excuse me? She proceeds to tell me to tell her what parking spot I am in so she can bring out my order to my car. LOL. So you can't just hand it to me with me in front of you?
So I walked all the way through the store to get to the exit and then walked to my car where the girl handed me my items while still laughing as if something was funny.
I already did not like shopping at this store but I beg others to steer clear of this location; I never walk away with a good experience. From staff pretending they do not hear you asking for help, to the long lines at customer service because.. what is urgency... the list goes on and on.
