I called the store to find out if it was Super Walmart. I can't find that tidbit online. When I say the phone just rang none stop. I did not even know a phone could ring for 6 mins. I am going to the store to consult a manager. This is disgusting, to be honest. The reviews are also disgusting. I just want some chicken wings and have to drive out there to find a yay or nay. Wow.

I needed to buy a light bulb for my brake light. There were 3 coworkers talking to each other while helping one customer. No one could be bothered to help me. Then the one person that could help me walked away and the other 2 disbursed and said that the lady that walked away was the one who could help. As much as I like Walmart... I hope this store goes out of business, probably unlikely but one can dream.

Bad costumes service my family took 3 hours waiting for someone that's works there and the manager said I'll call someone to help you and we was still waiting no one got there never go over there

Terrible! I went to go do my 5 cent water bottle drop off , the plastic ones were full I went inside the lady said she'll call someone it was like an hour ago and no one came out ! DONT GO TO THIS WALMART SOOO NOT HELPFUL , going to shop rite in West nyack

Don not conduct online business with this store. I am a musician and was going to have a studio session with multiple musicians, so I needed stools in a pinch. I looked on line they were in stock, well priced and promised same day delivery for a price. The only reason I bought from this store, as I needed them by the morning , and the delivery time I reserved was between 6-7 pm. When they hadn't arrived by 8, I began making calls. No answer on any of the lines, and no notifications as to the status of my order. The next day with musicians sitting on tables, I checked my order and was notified via email that my order had been cancelled and I would receive a refund days later. No explanation as to why the order was cancelled. And behold the product is still listed as in stock online. I called to continue the order, and still no answer on any of the options/departments, during business hours. The phone rings for about a solid minute then just hangs up. I don't even know how to respond to this level of ineptitude. Funny, the phone greeting says we value your business. Obviously not, if I can't even get someone on the phone.

OMG this is the worst Walmart ever in the history of the franchise, but I knew this because this is the only Walmart in my area and I have no other choice and I already know this. I ordered something online, some crackers, some Walmarts don't carry the flavor I wanted, but online I was able to choose this as a pick up walmart. When I went there to pick it up the guy told me I must get in my car and call the pick up number posted outside, BUT I WAS ALREADY INSIDE and I know this place as being horrible and don't even help you when you are in the store. Needless to say I went to the shelf and bought what I needed in person. I walked to Pick up and told them I know longer need the order, and they picked up my order and said they would refund it. Well, next day I was charged for the pick up order after I no longer needed it. I have been calling all day and now I am in my pajama's and have to head there to get my refund. This place is horrible, the worst that I have ever, ever, ever experienced.

Placed my order online and I came to its pick up area. Apparently it seemed like I needed to download its app to be able to pick up my item. Didn't want to do it for one time purchase at Walmart. Came to pick up area and saw a sign that had phone number to call in to pick up order. Called multiple times 12+ times to the phone line and no answer. I had to get out of the car and go to a person to ask for my order to get my order. It was a really painful experience! I wouldn't do it again, thankfully I am not a return customer for Walmart

Walmart doesn't honor it's own sales never mind it's own. I ordered online for the Westerly, RI store. I was told the store would not honor the price. I needed to call corporate who they know doesn't have a phone number. You have to write them. I am not wasting my time or money in this dump. It's not the first encounter I have had with them. Let them keep their fruit flies and made in China crap. I am done.

I live an hour away, I shop at Walmart almost every day. I left a bag and didn't realize it until I got home. I've tried to call for 49 minutes now. The employees keep picking up the phone and hanging up. I think I'll try another store from now on. K.Colman

50 minutes for curbside pickup!!!!! I usually use this place for pickup. I ordered some art supplies online for curbside pickup. I Checked in right after parked my car, got an email says my order is picked. Thought the staff needed sometime to gather the things and brought to my car. Waited in my car for 25mins, still nobody showed up. Went inside, waited at the pickup place for 15mins. Nobody was there, talked to different associates, still couldn't get my order. Found my order by myself and went to the customer service get things scanned. The team leader told me I shouldn't get the order by myself. You think I want to? Horrible

Fraudulent and trickery. I purchased a tv via your Black Friday sale on 11/10. I received an email from Walmart stating it would arrive on 11/22. I was informed this morning, 11/22-the date for delivery- that it will arrive on 12/7. My thanksgiving hosting is awash and this is poor customer service. I could have picked it up at the store. Now I lose the discounted price and will not be able to have a tv in time. I have spoken with your customer service as well as the outside delivery vendor and no logical resolve has been presented. I feel this was a bait and switch tactic. I was supposed to receive a third callback within 15 mins and it appears that's not going to happen. Now I'm being ignored because I want Walmart to honor its commitment to on time delivery. I have not even be offered an in store pick up which future supports that the tv is not available and wasn't available when I ordered it. I have now invested two hours for nothing. Shameful.
