Visited at 8am on 7/10. Girl at the front register was hostile and rude. We just submitted an official complaint to Walgreens too.
- Yelled at us for throwing away an empty soda can in the trash can. Literally ran across the store yelling “no no NO” and acted like it was the end of the world. When asked why it wasn’t allowed, she responded “we have a fly problem, and it’s just a rule. It’s the landlord.” Continued to be rude and confrontational during checkout too. Completely unprofessional and uncalled for.

This Walgreens in immaculate and pristine. It’s huge and I love it. I went there looking for something I couldn’t find help with in other stores. Maria S, one of the managers, went out of her way to finally help me with this issue which I was so grateful for. Thank you so much, Maria. I highly recommend this place for all your drugstore needs.

This Suffern NY, Store location 4029 is very unprofessional! Horrible, nasty attitude. I've had numerous encounters with staff, that never provided the service mentioned which is hopefully on a pre-recorded line. My elderly mom prescription has been filled/ canceled several times on hold for pick-up/ delivery. l've been getting a run around from staff, all making empty promises and not providing the service requested for weeks. What took the cake was when I asked an employee on the phone; "isn't it your job to help me" she replied; "I can't help you, and I hate this job anyway" and hung up. This incident happened Thurs, Oct 13, 2023, at about 550PM. Not the type of staff you want hired and servicing customers handling medication, real scary to have individuals employed in a position of such high regards. Something has to be done, and I have reported to corporate as well. Let’s see how far that goes! ????

Everyone who works in this store should undergo a psychiatric evaluation, have their hearing and vision checked, and provided with an attitude adjustment and customer service training!

Friendly staff. Great place to drop off Fedex parcels. Pictures are quick. Passport photos are a breeze. And pricing is what you expect from a convenience store.

I wouldn't even give them 1 star after how rude they were. I got there at 1:31 and was the only person and the woman closed the window on me saying they are closed. Apparently they don't have patience for 1 person. You'd think at a pharmacy you'd have more patience and manners. Definitely going to stick with CVS.

Will never step into this Walgreens again!! The manager is just as rude and nasty as the rest of the staff. Was trying to schedule online my 80 year mothers medicine to be delivered. For some reason it wasn't letting me. I called and spoke with the manager and with an attitude she told me there was nothing she could do. I explained the situation and she raised her voice and saus I cannot make an exception for you because I would then have to make an exception for anyone that calls with a sob story. Unbelievable how anyone could stop in this store!!?

I went to pick up my antiviral meds and was treated like I had the plague. I have my mask on I have my gloves on but was told to leave the store and go through the drive-thru. I understand everyone's fear of covid but it made me feel worse when there's no empathy. If anyone walking into the store without a mask and was not ask, no one would know any better. Nobody wants to be in contact with covid, so please have some empathy for those picking up medicine to counteract the virus.

Ordered a prescription to this Walgreens. Called them to make sure it would be ready and the pharmacist said it’s ready to come pick up. So, I drove to go pick it up and they told me when I got there that they never received the prescription. Despite being annoyed, I called my doctor to have it prescribed again. A couple of days later, I called at 5:45 pm to make sure they had it. They said yes and it will be ready in 3 hours. I can’t imagine why it would take 3 hours, but they told me it would be ready at 8:30. So I drove there again at 8:30 and they told me that my prescription was out of stock. I’ve never heard of a pharmacy so poorly run.

There is fraud going on here,I bought an item in this storethe price on the shelf, said Reg. 17.99 now 16.99but when i checked my receipt later i saw that i was charged 21.99,i tried calling the store, and after over an hour of trying someone picked up and said they can't refund me over the phone and i have to come in,but i don't live close by and tried asking if they will compensate the mileage i drive which will cost me more than the amount they overcharged me i was denied,THEY DIDN'T EVEN ASK ME WHAT ITEM IT WAS SO THEY COULD CHANGE IT SO NO ONE ELSE SHOULD BE OVERCHARGED.Stay away from this store if possible.
