“I purchased a Barbie airplane for a great price, my daughter was ecstatic with the find. The gentleman behind the counter was polite and had a pleasant disposition. We hope to return in the near future, it certainly is a place for nostalgic treasures.”
“I stumbled upon this consignment shop on elm st. In Oakland and couldn't believe my luck! This place is stuffed to the brim with new, + gently used apparel from all the best designers, Prada, Dior, gucci... I could go on and on. I almost didn't want to share! You've got to check this place out, consignment or shop or both! It's a gem.”
“Its one of the best stores. Neat, clean with all steamed clothes organized so well.
The Quality of the stuff here is amazing. From clothing to shoes , hangbags to scarves and jewelry , all are really good.
Highly recommended!”

I bought a pair of prescription glasses from the 50s and within about 10 minutes of owning them, they broke! Because I’m a far distance from the store, she gave me a full refund through Paypal and didn’t even ask me to bring them back. The most charming place!!”

7 Bergen St, Westwood“Hollywood Heros has two things going for it. 1) An amazing, incredible selection of toys, new and vintage. 2) The nicest owners possible. My 12 y.o. son is a huge Star Wars collector, and he discovered HH on Yelp about. year ago. We've gone maybe a dozen times now even though it's an hour round trip. We often find rare and impossible to get items here and if it's not on the shelves, it's probably in their basement, so just ask. We became friendly with Jordan and Val on our trips there, and Jordan has been especially gracious. He always has time to talk, answer questions, and be friendly. Even when we come to just window shop, we still have great talks. Recently my son was looking for an ARC-170 gunship, and Jordan and Val had just gotten one in that had missing parts, and they gave it to my son as a thank you for being a loyal customer. It made my son's month. The store is a block from the central shopping district, so when we go we get bagels or Korean chicken and make a day out of it, or go the few blocks to Trader Joes. I know a Trader Joes isn't a selling point for a store specifically, but as a parent of someone who loves shopping here it's nice to have a cute town that can be part of the experience.”
“PROS: this place was very nice. Historically a train station that was renovated into a shop. The staff was nice, prices were amazing, variety of items plentiful, everything was organized, and the items were good quality. There was even loads of parking CONS: the place wasn't all that big which caused congestion inside. OVERALL: I will definitely come back here as this is an amazing place to go thrifting”
“Denise was very kind, and I found some great items! Prices were a little steep, but I understand with COVID and whatnot. Will definitely be returning. Thank you so much!”
“I have loved this shop for several years, but just don't get there often enough. Yesterday, 1 skirt, 1 blouse, 1 pair of heels - perfect ! There is a large selection, from casual to dressy to designer and vintage, with reasonable prices across the board. All the ladies are so helpful, it's a wonderful shopping environment !And the owner Anne mentioned that they're starting livestreaming of sales on the ShopShops app, this weekend !”
