I worked with Sue, who was recommended by my builder Lake Manor. Sue was the absolute best she put four bathrooms together with perfect tile choices while making every effort to stay on budget. Both her knowledge and taste are amazing. I can’t thank her enough I one hundred percent recommend working with her. Thank you Sue.

We just built a new bathroom and remodeled an existing bathroom and our contractor directed us to Town and Country tile. They have a huge selection of beautiful, quality tile for reasonable prices. Everything we ordered arrived in less than a week. They offered me a 10% discount because I was shopping for 2 bathrooms. But the best part of my experience was working with the designers there. Susie asked me questions to determine my preferences and then showed me many choices. When I chose tile I explained to her what I was picture and she drew a picture that brought my ideas to life. Thank you Susie! If we have more tile needs in the future I won't hesitate to go back.

If you're in the tile game and not talking to Tina at Town & Country, you're missing out! Tina’s blend of professionalism and personality makes the design process absolutely seamless. She’s not just helpful-she goes above and beyond.

If you’re looking for a personalized touch, people who will spend a lot of time with you, and who know what they are doing with interior design, then you have come to the right place. Do yourself a favor, and make an appointment with Tina and you will not be disappointed. She helped me decorate a bathroom many years ago and we came back for the kitchen remodel. Tina will help you match up tile for flooring and backsplash that coincides with your countertop perfectly.

I cannot say enough about Town and County! They offer quality products and excellent customer service. The designers who work there, specifically Susan and Lisa, are incredibly helpful throughout the process. They are so generous with their time and are such talented designers. They approach the project with a level of care and interest as if they are doing the project in their own homes. A huge thank you to both of them and to Town and Country for helping me with my new beautiful bathrooms!

I recently renovated my bathroom for the second time in 24 years. Both times I worked with Sue Ferro. She is a pleasure to work with! She is extremely knowledgeable and professional. She takes her time when working with you and you never feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. I made numerous trips to the showroom to look at different tiles and Sue always made time for me. She also does a great job of staying within your budget. I will continue to use Town & Country because of Sue.
The showroom is beautiful and they offer candy, popcorn, cocktails and toys to entertain kids.

Our experience was exceptional! Sue, our tile consultant and design fashionista, was beyond helpful. Her knowledge and expertise was proven time and time again with each room she designed. She put together options and gave us suggestions that we fell in love with. She completed our master bathroom, two other bathrooms, our kitchen backsplash, and a fireplace. We love it all!
Sue was a pleasure to work with. Always greeted us with a beautiful smile and warm hug. We entered as customers and left feeling like family as a result of Sue`s big heart. Although she was the reason we returned time and time again, the candy bar helped! LOL. With over 30 years of experience, Sue Ferro is your go to tile expert!
