Service is good but too expensive, almost double price, claritin 10 tablets $16.41. Walmart $10.71. Flonase $22.00 Walmart $17 is my choise I know but is too much

I have been going to this Pharmacy since they opened, I would never change pharmacy's . Mohamed the owner is always so helpful and is always there to answer any questions I may have and they will go out of there way to make your visit there stress free,no waiting in long lines and I would rather do business in my own Town. These are the most wonderful people in any pharmacy I have been to! Very helpful, will even deliver only one medication many times! Mohammed is like a friend to me, he will call me if there is any situation coming up that I've forgotten, and always makes sure I call for refills in those cases. They make me honestly feel secure and confident about my piles of pills, as compared to the big name, long wait, 20 employee pharmacies. And it seems they have everything the big stores have, right there! And no waiting, of course! 10 stars!

Post op gastric sleeve patient here- 6 months out. presumes the role of my doctor and withholds anti nausea medication And deprived me of zofran/ondasetron by abusing my lack of knowledge of the formulary to get me to pay out of pocket. highly unprofessional pharmacist- doesnt need to be in business or serve the neighborhood. Sexist, Mysogynistic and unprofessional pharmacist/owner- lacks knowledge of community demographics and borderline creepy; denied me Plan B last week under false pretenses that insurance didnt cover it so he could extort me for the full price or medication that the ER doctor prescribed and that my insurance covers for. Then harassed my phone 5 times Becuase we both knew he was lying and tried to say his computer doesnt work and he needed to call insurance etc etc. another incident three months ago, made discriminatory hints about comments about prescribed contraceptives because insurance covers it and was begrudged that I didnt need to pay out of pocket. Started the "insurance doesnt cover it" script since then and had been withholding medications and discriminating against my health plan And formulary.finally transferred all my prescriptions to CVS at Indian Rock, turns out they cover my prescription for Plan B at no cost.

Suffern Pharmacy is outstanding and unlike the "chain" drug stores. The personalized service you get from the owner and staff brings back the good old days of your neighborhood pharmacy. Rude and judgmental to the point of refusing to fill a prescribed medication. We were trying to support a local business but do not need to condescended to based on the type of medication needed. Unbelievable.
