“They have exemplary customer service when I stop by in person, but I do keep getting other people’s mail. Also, the town isn’t all that big, if they set out at 07:10 to do their route(s), then why is it that In almost 10 hours it hasn’t arrived. I live not even 2 minutes away. Aside from that, they’re a grade A post office.”

“Staples would always be part of me, so visited here for nostalgic purposes, definitely had a moment, the store is very clean and quiet, they have a decent selection of items, however, my only issue is that the music on the overhead is missing, there is no music in the store, so just check that and you'll be good to go, love the new program of the "Easy Rewards" as well, the shopping in store and also online is very convenient to gather points and help the store in general: Keep it up you guys:”

“Since moving to North Haledon about three years ago, this has become my “go to place” for my (many) online returns. All of the employees are very polite, especially the young gentleman that’s usually working when I visit. He has went above and beyond on many occasions. The store is clean and well organized and offers a variety of services. I was impressed with the fact they offer some USPS services. They have a USPS mailbox where customers can mail letters and “prepaid shipping” packages. What is most impressive is that all packages with prepaid shipping are gladly accepted without a fuss. I have been to so many UPS (and others courier’s) stores that didn’t really want to accept prepaid packages- they often gave customers an attitude if they were only dropping off a prepaid parcel. However, that is NOT the case in this store.All in all, this store has exceeded my expectations!”
“All of the staff there are absolutely the best. Specially NOELL ! They're all very kind and helpful and I've never had any problems, no matter how busy they are. Noell is extraordinary though. She always apologizes for the wait, even if there are only a few in line. She is thorough, friendly, helpful, kind and so sincere. She seems to LOVE helping people. “The people that work out of the Wanaque post office are very helpful and go out of their way to help their customers it's a shame that USPS is such a terrible organization that when you have a problem you cannot get in touch with any body it is Mid March and we are just getting some Christmas cards delivered UPS just outright sucks”

“I’ve gone twice for printing or mailing and have only had really positive experiences with the very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable staff. I went on Friday morning and things had gotten busy in the hour or so I was there, but they still managed to help me with using some of the self-service tools and were patient as I worked through options for a print job. I wish I knew their names, but eventually more staff came and they were also friendly, greeting and asking if we were being helped. Thank you!”

“If I could I would give 10 STARS solely based on our experience at the printing shop! James and Francesca literally saved our day! Thanks to them we were able to printout table seating, baby shower games and other activities. They were so incredibly helpful and they helped ensure I got the best pricing for everything. Also the store is fully stocked and we were able to get everything we need right in the store, ie acrylic holders for sign, poster boards etc. We can’t recommend this Staples enough! “It’s a small post office, might seem a bit outdated as well. But i actually like that about it, the small town vibes. I have been here several times since i moved. The lines vary depending on the time of day. They are open till 7pm on weekdays so that’s helpful. Every time i have been there the clerks have been super helpful. I needed a lot of help deciding what package to send and save money as well when mailing a package to Europe and robert(clerk) was really nice and helped me with weighing the stuff and even told me about the best options. I needed that just so i can decide the best route to go. The clerks are always nice about making sure the mail is properly wrapped as well. Once i didn’t have the label on right and the clerk took the time and fixed it instead of just sending me away to fix it myself. I appreciated that. So over all i would recommend this place.”
