Ok went to 3 places to return packages from SHEIN..my printer is broken so ups store couldn’t print it post office was a no .… I was walking past this postnet and thought I would try it. The gentleman who helped me was so nice and helpful took care of it in 3 minutes…I will use this store as my go to from now on !!!

I have had multiple interactions with the manager at this store as I often receive packages, and because I work I am unable to sign for them. Of the about five times I have been to this location the manager, a man, has been both polite and rude. I do believe that because I have been there multiple times now he is more comfortable with me. The first few times he was rude and confrontational.

This business should not even be open. I had such a bad interaction with them it was beyond anything I had every experienced before. I went in there because UPS directed a package no one at the house could stay home and sign for. I never once wanted it sent there. Through the whole two day process Mauricio had a very bad attitude and was combative.
