In 2014, this staff took me in, mid crown replacement & finished the job! In no time, they got my teeth & gums in the healthiest shape they had EVER been! They are friendly, professional & sincerely listen to my concerns. They make sure I am comfortable, pay attention to details & keep my mouth healthy! Thank you for all your care over the years & I am going to miss you when I move. ♥️

Doctor that genuinely cares about their patients. I am a traveler and my lips blew up in a big cold sore outbreak. The dentist saw how bad my breakout was and went the extra mile to get me help immediately on the spot instead of pushing me to the next day. Even the office administrator went the extra step to get me in and out as quick as possible.Keep in mind this provider uses the solea laser. It is VERY powerful, much more so than a diode laser. 2 zaps and the outbreak was treated and went into healing mode.

I don't trust Dr. Alpert as the crowns/implant she did for me keep falling out and each time I go back to reglue the crowns back, I got charged again an again. Let me share my experience with you.I don't normally write review because it takes time. However, over the year, I appreciate a thorough review before signing up for a service or buying an item, so here I am sharing my experience with you for the services I received from Dr. Alpert.Dr. Alpert had done an implant and a crown in adjacent to the same side. The implant and crown were both done around the same time in 2020 (spring through summer). I was sent to an office in Fort Lee for the bone grafting. I still remember it vividly; I was in that chair with my mouth wide opened for 5 hours without any rest. Dr. Alpert was performing the bone grafting along side with her husband , Dr. Bobby Crohn at the Dentist in Monroe and there were a lot of doctors (majority Asian doctors) were observing during the entire process. I can't tell why there were so many doctors watching. Anyway, by the time I left the office, I was in severed pain driving 30 min. away from home. That pain was unbearable!Fast forward, I left Dr. Alpert office due to insurance reason. In Oct 2021, my crown fell out while I was eating my cereal in yogurt with fruit. I had crowns done before, not once they fell off Anyway, since it was done at Dr. Alpert, I figured they should be able to reglue it without additional fee and it was less than 1 year ago. So, I called and got an appointment. But I was charged $175 for gluing the crown back. It bothered me but I didn't have time and energy to dispute. 2 weeks ago, the crown over the implant was moving a lot, I felt like it wasgoing to pop out when I opened and closed my mouth. This time I went to my current dentist, he instructed me to go back to Dr. Alpert as the service is less than 2 years. So I called Dr. Alpert office, the front desk told me Dr. Alpert wants me to go to her husband Dr. Bobby office in Monroe since she will be there. I asked if I will be charged for the service and I was told that if this is to glue back the crown over the implant, I shouldn't be charged for it, it was a reglue and an x-ray but I just saw the bill for $260 and the worst part is I still feel the same, it feels like the crown over the implant is going to pop out anytime soon.My insurance advises to request for a copy of the contract to review the warranty for the service which I will.My overall experience with the crown/implant have been painful, unpleasant, worried when the crown will come out again andcostly. I would not trust Dr. Alpert or send anyone I know to her.

I am very lucky to be a patient of Dr. Alpert. She filled a cavity that went clear through the tooth with a new lazer machine and no novacaine. Sheis an amazing dentist who is always looking to advance her skills and she sincerely cares about providing her patients with a comfortable affordable experience. The new machine, acquired in November, numbs the area while doing its job without the scary buzzing sound of the drill. I experienced no pain and of course as is typical, Dr. Alpert did a little extra to make the tooth perfect. Even the dental hygienist couldn't tell which tooth was worked on by Dr. Alpert. The new hygienist also took extra care to be gentle and use a tooth brushing agent that i had requested. The person who controls all finances was so kind and helpful.I am more than satisfied and will tell all my friends and family about my experience and trust in Dr. Alpert and her staff.Dr. Alpert is a compassionate caring person. Her values and sincere concern for my circumstances place her in my guardian angel category of those humans whom I feel blessed to know. She always considers what treatment is most beneficial and treats me as a whole person.I am so very grateful to have her for a dentist. For example she is willing to return to a less modern method of not pulling two teeth and will instead provide me with a removable partial instead of implants. This works better for me, since living on a Social Security income doesn't stretch too far. She goes beyond being a dentist to being a'mensch.'
