“This is a shout out specifically to Meredith and also Elaine at this location. Last week my account was hacked and I got a significant amount of money stolen. The Citibank fraud department was not very helpful, but Meredith was a lifesaver. I live up in the Catskills and this is my closest location which means I had to drive an hour plus to deal with this in person. She squeezed me in on a Friday at 4:30 PM so that I wouldn’t have to wait out the weekend on pins and needles. She helped me find the right people at corporate and sat on hold for me multiple times. This was a very stressful situation, of course but Meredith and her service were the silver lining.Thank you Meredith for going above and beyond!”
