The actual service was fine. However...sometimes members of the staff get into long, drawnout personal conversations with familiar "customers" and make those on line wait for intolerable periods for service.

This is one great post office. Very friendly and helpful!!!

The entire Postal system is understaffed, and Stormville is included. Although the office has lost employees due to cut backs, the customer service remains exceptional.
