“Since my my house in 2020 I’ve always had water coming into the basement. Any major rainstorm and I would have water problems. Rich came in and did a fantastic job and saving my basement from any more water. The past several rainstorms that we’ve had up in the area that have lasted multiple days, I have not had a single issue in my basement. I appreciate all of Rich’s hard work. RDM came in and did everything in a day and left it all clean.”
“I am hoping to be moving out soon, but the 2-3 years I’ve been here it has been pretty great. One could always want to spend less on the rent, but being indoor, my Wine not boiling away in a 120° unit in July or freezing in February is worth it. As well as my clothes being kept in good condition. I do wish it were a bit cooler in on the hottest days, but it is ok. It gets to about 77°. Place is always clean. I do wish it were 24 hours as I could benefit a lot from that. It could be quite frequent that I could need something after hours.”
