There are more employees in this store than shoppers. They hover in groups at the self checkout area and then grab your credit card and start swiping to "help" with the transaction. Excuse me, but I know how to work the self checkout machine! Rude employees and a bad vibe here. Do yourself a favor and shop at Aldi or at the nearby ShopRite in Garnerville.

They should not hire people to deliver that don't know the area. it seems my order always goes to the wrong house.

This is the best grocery in the area. By far. It is clean, huge, and they have excellent sales on most of the stuff we buy. We also had great service: a young guy working on restocking took the time to help us find a product with enthusiasm and the woman that checked us out was friendly and efficient. It is also not overly busy. That is shocking because the other grocery stores in this area are horrible. At the main competitor nearly every bag of chips was $5. And the stores are grimy. ShopRite had two major brands priced at 2 for $5. That type of pricing was consistent throughout the store. Really glad we found this place.

Had a problem with my knee and needed to use the mobility scooters and managers got angry and threatened to call the cops. They are completely disrespectful.

Went shopping to buy food, and water today, tried using my snap and I do have $ in it cause I specifically called them and they said my card was fine to use. So I went to cash out, it kept declining my card. Every time I go to this shop rite I always have problems using my snap card in this store but not any other stores just this one. They need to fix their issues with their cc machines cause this happened multiple times not just with me but with my family members also.

Three strikes and your out! By far the worst supermarket I ve ever been in!! Meats are old, shelves bare and the cashiers rude and unprofessional. Managers are ignorant, uncaring and unprofessional.The last straw. Today, December 3, I looked all over the store and couldn't find a cart. No big deal, I'll use a basket, none to be found until I found one behind an empty register.I collect my groceries, had to weigh 30 pounds...no big deal. I go to the express lane 2 people in front of me. The only express lane open. Im standing there 3 or 4 minutes, the cashier tells me, "I can't check you out because I'm done in 2 minutes " Me: "But I've been standing here, your light is on. You can't check me out?". "No." Peace out dumbass!I informed the manager, he was probably 2 years older than the putz cashier. Be barely listened to me and walked away while I was in mid-sentence. No apology, no nothing. I handed the child posing as a manager my Shop Rite card and told him I will NEVER be back. I've been a loyal Shop Rite consumer for over 30 years! In this time when millions of Americans are out of work and these 2 idiots are working. I will be following up with ownership. Kids supervising kids DOESN'T work. Not a sustainable business model.
