He answered all of my questions thoroughly and he payiently explained and informed me about all of my concerns regarding renting a unit and all of the deadlines and requirements on my part.He is also very friendly and kind which I believe is extremely important when it comes to business and customer relations. “I have rented storage for many years now. The outside, drive up unit is easily accessible & was always dry. I have no complaints except that my location no longer has personnel on site but a kiosk instead. Not happy about that when It came to closing my account.”

“Overall, while the staff at the storage facility was helpful and the facility itself was clean and well-kept, I was disappointed by the lack of flexibility in their policies regarding my move-out process. Despite being a long-time customer, I was charged for a full month's rent even though I only moved to a different storage unit on a different floor. I believe there could have been better communication and understanding in this situation. I hope the facility can take this feedback into consideration and improve their policies for future customers. And I’m still hopeful they will issue me a credit”
