pharmacy has terrible customer service, lines are extremly long. Employees are clueless on how to do their job! Would not recommend this locations. I highly suggest taking your business to another pharmacy.

Everything is clean and well organized the store is large and well stocked, the only downsize is the pharmacy section. They are extremely slow. They have no sense of urgency the automated answering service is 50% wrong all the time and the general attitude of the people working behind the counter is that they are doing us a favor and they have a measure of rudeness and disrespect. They need help and they need training. If you do that the store will become a Superstore. Also for some reason time and again when we go there the pharmacy has new people working there so there's something wrong to people hire on and then they leave. Also, why do you not have a bathroom there for Shoppers. I shop at CVS and have to drive across the street to the supermarket to use the bathroom so I end up shopping at the supermarket instead. Think about that. Please.

Horrible customer service, terrible pharmacy staff. Hana is completely uncaring. It’s really sad to see this place decline in quality. I won’t be using CVS anymore.

I want to commend Jayson (CVS-20 Filors Lane Stony Point) for his extra-ordinary customer service together with his manager(didn’t get his name). They went out of their way to help me. It reinforced my belief that there are still good things left in humanity.Thank you.

WOW!!!!!!!!! THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. One person working here... 8:20pm'ish 8/14/22 One staff member 3 or 4 on line, I'm stuck at the self check out buying cough medicine for kids. I need a service member to clear it. Ohh not the only issue here.. Every /all associate(s) that works there always have those airpods in there ear listening to music or talking on the phone... This employee is a Lil sassy at times.

These people are resistant, they do not have personnel who speak Spanish and they also make fun of Hispanics when they complain to them and ask for someone who speaks Spanish.

worst pharmacy ever.. always get some rx for years yet every single time I come for refill they say they’ll have it, then they don’t. Come back tomorrow we’ll have it. The refill quantity is wrong when it’s same 3 refills I’ve always gotten for years. Never had such inconsistencies and come back tomorrow when I get a text saying my refill is ready.

Brought my grandmother for a shingles vaccine. Said it would be 30 min without an appointment. Left and made an appointment for a later time. Can back at said time and they told me it would be a 30 min wait. There is no incentive to make an appointment as the time is not honored.

Not sure why the negative reviews. The techs are helpful and they are very convenient with the app. I’ve never had an issue finding what I need. The coupons are great.
