Got a flatbed made back in the beginning of the this year Dom and Josh r great people had some issues with the bed when I got back to rochester ny the welds started to come apart so had them looked at and rewarded and general welding in henrietta ny worked on it and Dom he is owner of vllc paid for it then had some rusting problems josh offered to send me the supplies nothing came I ended up buying the supplies sanded down the flatbed and took care of the problem myself I'm not trying to bad mouth these guys but was a little disappointed when someone says they r gonna do something and nothing happens I reached out to josh and it goes straight to voicemail but it's water under the bridge I love the flatbed other than the little headaches I had to go through

They built us a great custom flatbed for our f250, and also undercoated our frame. Josh is awesome, easy to get a hold of, answers all questions, and very flexible scheduling install. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

Bought a flatbed for my pickup from them. Was built on time and they installed it while I waited. Traveled 2hr45 min to them well worth the drive quality work quality product would use them again

Just got a flatbed from them. Yes it's a solid design but not what was ordered. However the price was fair for was done. Make sure everything is written down, get a copy of the work order and verify what you get is correct before paying. Also don't pay for anything until it's done. Nice guys but showed zero interest in customer service/satisfaction after being payed. Also factory beds sits 3 inches off the frame and this one sits 9 inches so it's a bit higher loading and unloading and it's not a dump bed just a flatbed.

A total scam - the owner will make the incorrect and a faulty trailer, claim to fix it but not actually fix it, disappear for months, claim to refund you for the faulty item he made, and then claim he can’t afford to refund you and disappear once again. Don’t bring your business to this guy.

my friend got screwed when they based their tiny house plans on a trailer design they asked dom to fabricate. what dom delivered was inconsistent with the agreed upon design and incompatible with the other materials already purchased for the build. when asked to make it right, dom kept agreeing to and pushing it back but ultimately never did.

completely screwed over my friend. My friend is trying to build a home on a trailer but Victory Lane built the wrong trailer and it's unusable. My friend won't have a place to live soon. Victory Lane charged over $10 grand for it. They won't reimburse, and they keep saying they'll fix it, but it's been like 6 months. They ignore my friend's calls and don't return any messages. Completely untrustworthy. My friend can't go somewhere else, they have no savings, and borrowed so much money to put into their new home... and now they can't even build it! this is really messed up behavior from Victory Lane! soon my friend won't have a place to live!! I wish i could give them 0 stars

Dom charged me $14k for a custom deck-over trailer. The wheels are above the deck… making it not at all a deck-over trailer and useless for my purposes. He also delivered it months after he said he would. He says he is going to come pick it up and fix it but I’ve been waiting for months. I call regularly for updates and he never calls me back. He makes lots of promises he never ever keeps. Meanwhile I’m out $14k and my project is on hold indefinitely because I can’t go buy another trailer (I’m not rich). I’ll edit this review if he ever follows through.Don’t pay a deposit to this business. Only pay when you have the finished product that you’re satisfied with.

Had an issue with my hoist on my work truck amd Dom was able to manually activate the hoist, diagnose the problem (solenoid) and replace the part in less than 10 minutes. Had my rig back up and running like it was new. Thank you Victory Lane Customs. You guys Rock.
