Kathy is a well known tax professional in the community having served many businesses for years and years. She has been understanding and quick to respond to our questions as new business owners. She helps us improve our organization of finances/tax documents each year. When we are missing key documents she sends us home with a to do list and follows up promptly. I always feel warm and welcome in her office and would recommend her services to my family, friends and fellow small businesses.

I used Kathy twice, 1st year she was nice and I was very happy with her service. This year I went and she insulted me about my future goal with doing e-commerce and starting my own freelance marketing digital photography business for realtors,car dealerships, etc. She rolled her eyes at me when I asked questions about how taxes may be different now that I was a first time home buyer. She also quite frankly just rushed me out the door even when we weren't done due to her poor scheduling. I will never use her again!

Kathy has been doing our taxes for more then 30 years. She is so pleasant and easy to work with. She always has clear and honest advice in terms of what, and how to prepare and plan for annual taxes. Additionally, Kathy has been instrumental in assisting with a startup business plan for a small business of a family member.I have recommended her services to all of my co-workers, family and friends as she is a prefect fit! In doing this for over 30 years many folks I know also use Kathy's Income Tax Service for their tax preparation and I have only heard rave reviews!Kathy is a reliable and knowledgeable income tax preparer for individual or small business and has been doing an incredible job for her customers for a long time.

Kathy was great the first time I went to her, which is why I give her a 2 star. But second time she was mean and rushed me out the door and also told me that I should never try to start my own business cause I'm not good at remembering detail, which is not true actually. She just had no patience for any questions for some reason and ventilated her stress on me. So unless she were to apologize I'd never consider going to her again. Also sorry Kathy but I'd never take advice from someone as mean as you presented yourself.

Kathy is always there when you need her. she is very professional and very efficient. I trust her with my finances and have always had terrific service. she knows the right questions to ask to maximize my tax return. And----her husband is a craftsman if you need a good carpenter.
