“I called as a new patient appointment and needed to be seen the same day. My puppy was in the ER Vet over the weekend and still wasn’t doing good. I don’t know the receptionist name but she was so kind and compassionate on the phone and got me in within the hour. The Dr and nurse Stephanie were soooo amazing and Dr went and listened to me tell him what was going on. He immediately had a game plan and she was medicated and I was sent home with medication as well. We are now making this our new vet. Each and every person we came in contact with was just wonderful. They understood the situation and we were treated with such compassion and kindness. I highly recommend them.”

“Recently my 13 y.o. cat, Skippy, was diagnosed with a tumor that is causing nausea and vomiting. Towne Line Veterinary staff, especially Dr Corso and Meaghan, have been extremely accommodating in addressing Skippy’s needs and my concerns. When he wouldn’t eat last week, I reached out and they told me to bring him in right away. The compassion that they show for our fur babies is amazing and very genuine. I can’t say enough about this practice.”

“Wonderful staff, very knowledgeable. I treat my cat like a baby and I absolutely trust them with him, they saved his life and continue to take excellent care when we go.
After 6 years it's time for an update, I love Dr. Balbour, she is amazing, but the office leaves a little to be desired. They still make you wait outside like it's 2020 and don't examine the animal in front of you. You get to the office on time but they make you wait outside for 26 minutes (literally) only to come inside and wait for twenty minutes more, only for them to come and take your pet away from you. I dunno, I'm quickly becoming not a fan. I swear I've seen people arrive after me and go inside before me. Maybe I'm expecting too much, or maybe I should just arrive 20 minutes later in the future”
“Best vet I have been to. Doc Adams' is knowledgeable not only about the fur babies, but meets the pet parents where they are too. He will explain options while stearing you toward the best one for your pet. Even offered to train us so that we could hold our cat the right way, in order to get a pill into him when at home.”
“We brought my little Coco here, a cheery little Pomeranian for his first vet check and for a neutering. The vets and vet assistants were gentle and caring throughout the whole process. “The staff was so kind and gentle towards me as I had to go through what every pet guardian fears. Throughout the entire process, the vet sat with me and spoke with me and never left my side during the euthanasia procedure. They gave me ample time to say my goodbye both before and after. This was undoubtedly the worst thing I ever had to do but the entire staff guided me through it with the patience and compassion I needed. I’ll never forget what they did for me.”
