My schedule is crazy so I was a little worried about getting an appointment but it worked out well! The girl at the desk was really nice from the moment I walked in, and Liz did my haircut and it was exactly what I wanted. I wasn't there long, and left very happy with the haircut and customer service I received. I came from Nassau for this appointment and I'm glad I did, I left very happy and have already recommended them to a couple of people. 100% will be back!
Stylist: Liz did my hair and she was great. She listened to what I wanted and did exactly as I asked, and she was fun to talk to!

First, everyone seemed nice. However my highlights did not come out anywhere near what I shown in photos and told her I wanted. I felt that they hurried me out because it was closing time, and I do get it everyone wants to go home but they knew I wasn’t happy with my highlights and didn’t offer any alternatives solutions! Given the price of color and highlights, they should’ve done better

My sisters and I were in town for a wedding.. the staff were all so friendly and knowledgeable.. fast to answer questions and so professional.. the girls at the desk were so coordinated and helpful when it came to scheduling and the staff was on time.. the hair and makeup was so beautiful

When she messed up the hair cut, she said she’s gonna call police. And the reason is the customer insisted paying the original price rather than the suddenly raised one, she wasn’t being honest and did a terrible job. How pathetic?

Nice people but for the last 2 haircuts I got way overchargedI don't mind paying more if I get a good cut. My hair is a little tricky, but it should look good when I leave and I should be able to style it. If Elena is back I would go back and know I will love my hair. Unfortunately even people that own saloons don't always have talent. I think haircutting is an art and not many are good at it. I might even like a haircut I see on someone else that might not translate to my style or my liking.

I have been going to Annie for over 20 years, and every time I see her she does a wonderful job. She is so talented, and she never assumes what I want, she always makes sure we are both on the same page. My children also go see her. My young adult daughter went to see Annie yesterday with a photograph in hand, looking for a completely different look, and Annie did not disappoint. My daughter was extremely happy with her new hair, and for the rest of the day talked about how talented and amazing Annie is. She was really blown away that Annie could bring this picture to life on her hair! Additionally, I cannot talk about Annie without saying what a beautiful person she is, inside and out. All these years, no gossip, no bs, no drama. Just a kind and fun and good person. It is a pleasure every time I see her. I discovered Symmetry during the pandemic when it was recommended by a family friend who has been going here for years. I have Hashimoto's related hair loss and came in for a blow out. Alia was very attentive and considerate of my concerns, did a great job and exactly what I had requested. Went here as a new client. They accepted me with opened arms. They are open on Sundays which is fabulous since I work late during the week. I have naturally gray hair and just wanted a basic haircut. I live the fact that my hairstylist washes and cut my hair. I just recently went back for a second haircut.

Love the girl who colors and cuts my hair. So many people have complimented me on the cut and color. Her name is Natalie and she does a wonderful job. April does my manicure and she is excellent too. Staff is very welcoming as well.

Came in last week for a trim and asked for some long layers to be added. Left with about 5 inches off and no layers. And then was asked to pay $70. That is just highway robbery. Shame on me for not asking to see what Denise was doing as I couldnt even see myself in her mirror. Safe to say I will never be back as they could not even follow simple requests for what should have been a simple haircut.

Rebecca is amazing! She worked with my fine, thin hair and made it look fuller while keeping my length. My color and cut were exactly what I wanted. I loved that I didn’t have to tip 4 different stylist for color, cut, wash and blow dry. Coffee, tea, and snacks provided and a free gift for being a first time customer.
