“Just bought a new HP Envy 6400e All In One printer. I was really hoping our old one could be saved but it was time to replace it. Our tech assistant, Xristos, could not have been more helpful. We left our old printer to be recycled. I usually just buy coffee, tea, hot chocolate and printer paper, but today I was very happy to be able to pick up a new printer that was very reasonably priced and will save me money on ink.”
“This is a pick up and drop off only. Do not expect them to print out labels or provide packing materials, that is your responsibility if you want to use this site.”
“If Google Maps confused you, put in East Side Dining on Google Maps insteas. Look for 15 minute parking spot. That’s the closest place to park and walk from there. Look for the campus merchandise shop and you will see the Fed Ex Entrance sign.”

Every time I have been to this UPS store, I have witnessed his thoughtful interactions with not only myself, but all those in front of me in line. His positivity brightens my day and I'm sure many others.I searched for a more formal avenue to voice my satisfaction, but was unable to find a ups survey etc.Thank you Drew!”
