Sad to see this one has gone down hill. All self check out. Sad to see it. I don’t work for this company so not sure why they’re not offering a cashier.They also use to be well stocked but really not find what’s need anymore at this one. If anything check other Michaels first. Use stony brook as a last resort.Can never find anyone that can help find things now. They have 1 maybe 2 people working at a time now. Sad to to see this use to be the go to store. Now others are.

So this place is ok. It's a hit or miss if they have stilted in stock. Most clean and friendly. They put in mostly def check outs so I will most likely be shopping else where. Sad to see but oh well.
