I have been taking my car here for 6 years now. Brian Thomas and Little Brian are great at what they do and I've always been Fair with their prices. I have seen different makes and models of cars in The Bays doing various jobs. Pennies has always been trustworthy and reliable with my vehicles I highly recommend

I recently had my tires changed at Penny's Car Care, and I continue to be impressed with the level of service provided by Brian and his team. In addition to the tire change, I had previously brought my car in for repairs and maintenance, and every interaction with Brian and his team has been nothing short of exceptional.Overall, I highly recommend Penny's Car Care and Brian for all of your car maintenance and repair needs, including tire changes. Their commitment to customer service and quality work is second to none. 5 out of 5 stars!

Unfortunately I had to change my review from a five star to a one star went to the shop paid off I previous balance today and was told by one of the employees that he would get some work done on my vehicle today and then the owner came to me and said oh no the work is done that needs to be done don't worry about it so I kind of got screwed got a foot in the behind for no reason at all after I thought work was going to be done today so kind of wouldn't recommend going to the shop I'm going to have to find a new mechanic

I stopped here after trying another local spot that wanted me to leave my car for 2 hours for an easy nail in tire fix. Penneys took me right in and patched my tire up in literally less than 5 minutes.(considering I had a busy day ahead of me this place has a new permanent customer). This is what I expect from a local spot, friendly quick service.

Great experience! The shop to go for anyone in the area (especially if you work/study at SBU - they will give you a lift between the university and shop).

My car battery died yesterday, so of course I went into a panic. This morning, Tom (the mechanic) had my car up and running with a new battery within minutes. Kind, quick, and professional. Would highly recommend their services to anyone in need

About two years ago I bought a new car, it was my first. Everything was great until a year later when my A/C started blowing hot air. I took it to pepboys who charged a $70 fee just to do a diagnostic test. They discovered my compressor was shot and said it would cost $1200 for the part and maitenence. Being a college student, I could not afford this. I suffered with no A/C for the rest of that summer. Fast forward to this summer, I saved up the money and I was ready to fix my A/C. Before we went back to pepboys my dad googled some near by mechanics. Let me just say this, if something is wrong with your car, stop searching and go see these guys! Javier was so kind and patient, explaining everything twice to me and my father. He discovered it was not the compressor at all. It was just dirty and a valve needed to be tightened: ONLY $130!!!!! This man saved me over $1000 because he was honest and a great worker. It's better to support local business than companies that replace employees every few months. Thank you Javier, I will be telling everyone about this mechanic shop!
