I have been to this particular Island Federal Branch twice and both times I’ve been met with a smile, a polite offer of help by Courtney, and an extension of valuable courtesy in helping me withdraw money. The customer service I received from Courtney is the model example of how customer service should be in general. Her kindness, and proactive interest in helping me is just so appreciated! After that encounter, I became a member of the bank.

The staff at the SAC center at Stonybrook University is one of the most friendliest and kindest people. They are ALWAYS helpful and a pleasure to talk to. Angel, Dan, Isabel, and Siemea are the best. Keep up the good work

The people are so friendly at the Stony Brook location I enjoy going to the bank I used to dred going to the back but now I enjoy going to the bank the people are friendly the manager is great and I just love them all.
