Their prices are a bit higher than nearby salons but it’s honestly worth it. I like very clean and neat nails and they all do a beautiful job. My nails grow very fast, and typically have a lot of grow out after just a week. They do a lot of prep work so my manicures can last 3 weeks and still look great! It is also very quite which I enjoy.

I do not write many reviews but my mom lost money going here so here I go lol
First and only time we will go back here.
So I gave this nail salon 2 stars because one, they did MY nails very nice, however, my moms were not so nice.

The place was well kept and friendly staff but it seemed like they were not modern with the color choices and knowledgeable on how to use nail polish correctly... and most of the time, language barriers are a given. But the communication was just not 100%..
my mom wanted a pink shade on her toes (regular polish) and Sunny, the lady who put the polish on her toes put old nail polish on my moms toes. EVEN THOUGH the lady said "this is old nail polish it will chip" and my mom did not want it but thankfully they re did her toes in a different pink after with no issue... until it came time for my mom's manicure. So usually we both get GEL POWDER Ombre Sparkle.. we learned they do not do Ombre powder sparkle at this nail salon. They offer Ombre GEL POLISH sparkle but NOT powder. So at that point we both decided to do GEL POWDER french fill in. Not the biggest deal.. I did a pink coat and my mom wanted a CLEAR coat.. the worker Cooper (who was polite as possible) did her all nails in clear coat.. but during the process my mom noticed the clear coat had bubbles in it and it was darker then clear...my mom kept addressing the concern multiple times to the point where it was uncomfortable to keep asking to fix it.. she asked DURING not after.. the owner (I assume the owner because she seemed to take point) told my mom that the bubbles and discoloration on the clear coat are normal... well that has not happened at every other nail salon we have gone too... It must have been another old nail polish they were trying to use on my mom and so the owner took initiative and told my mom that to cover the bubbles and the discoloration that she would put gel POLISH sparkle over Gel POWDER, and told my mom that it will chip.... and not even five hours later.... the sparkle coat started pealing off on 4 nails... not bits and pieces of sparkle but the entire cover has been coming off on each nail.. so now we can see the bubbles on most of her nails.. And they told her the gel polish sparkle will chip... so why did they make my mom pay over $60 for a full set they screwed up 2ce???
My mom was not offered a re do of another color for her fingers or a discount. Just cover ups...
My mom did and does not want a discount or her money back but some competence and a color change for her fingers would've been sufficient enough. They denied re doing her whole set because of time.. meanwhile the place was like empty and it was only 2pm on a Sunday..
So long story short, if you do gel powder nail polish, definitely do not go here as the color selection and or design is limited, and the clearcoat is not clear. and make sure the nail polish they use on your toes is not old... they were polite but definitely not a good place to be a regular at. Maybe stop in if you live in another state or need a quick fill in of regular gel polish.
And I will not bother calling for a refund or any complimentary services for this dissatisfaction, but I just would like to provide others with true feedback for future customer experience and feedback to the establishment to prevent these issues. I had French gel manicure which looked really nice but unfortunately I had to go back the next day to get two nails fixed because they chipped and now two more nails came completely off! At best a gel manicure last 2 weeks. I’ve had gel done before and I can go for a least 3 weeks since the nails grow out. What I will say is that they did stand by there work and fix my nails but I should have to go back for repairs ? first two pic repaired the next day! Last pic, I really should have repaired again!

I love this place! Moon is my go-to tech. She always kills the shape and accommodates all of my requests. Very convenient location on 347 in Stony Brook as well. Will continue to return!

I highly recommend Grace Nails!! I wasn’t expect the extra work that was put into making sure I was satisfied with my nails. I am really impressed!! 10/10!!

Got my nails done for the holidays here and the staff was so kind and joyful. They took special care in removing the gel polish I previously had and fixed the chipped nails I had. I came in with a reference photo from pinterest and it came out looking exactly the same or even better! :) So excited for these new nails!

The worst experience in my entire life!!! Would not give any stars if possible!I was a nice client with good tips every time at this place until today. Today I ended up crying at home after visiting this place.I came just to remove old uv gel polish and made a simple manicure without any polish. So master Veronica ruined my day. When she wrapped my nails with polish remover it got very hot and painful. I told her so politely and instead of try to do something she got angry and nervous. Then she was trying to scratch soaked polish with metal spatula very inaccurately. I also told her that it is painful. She got just more nervous and asked me what she can do? I mean, I came for the service.I could have an allergy reaction to the removal liquid and she didn't pay any attention to it! My fingers were hot and painfull!So she just removed old uv polish and told me that I'm done. No manicure as was asked, no wipes to remove chemicals, no filing!!!!!! Nothing!!!! See the photos.Seriously?!! Does it look like good service to anyone?Now my nails are sore and look very damaged((( and what's more important, it is not about beauty it is about health! It will take months until my nails regrow nice and strong again!
