If Google Maps confused you, put in East Side Dining on Google Maps insteas. Look for 15 minute parking spot. That’s the closest place to park and walk from there. Look for the campus merchandise shop and you will see the Fed Ex Entrance sign.

I followed all of the directions to have my fingerprints and photo taken and they were never submitted to the board. I should have left when I saw how rude the older guy was to other customers, I rarely spend money with rude business. I didn't want to reschedule...I should have followed my gut. Now I'm stuck in a bind because they messed up.

Don't bother going there unless you are a Stony Brook University student. This is not on Nichols Road. It is within the university. It is very difficult to find and there is no parking except for 1 15 minutes spot That's always used by somebody else. I had to ask five students and call the FedEx office within the University five times before I could find it. I had called previously and they should've just told me that it's within Stony Brook University... just awful.

Very misleading and confusing to the public when this fedex is actually in the campus and not really accessible to other people. Wasted time trying to get here when I can’t even access it.

This place is not open on Saturdays. Also it's in the basement of the library of Stony Brook University. This should not be considered a FedEx for the general public.

They say they're open Saturday 10-2, but I have NEVER seen this place open on Saturdays. Moreover, it is very common for employees to come open the store 30 to 40 minutes late during the week, and not comment or apologize for it. Very unprofessional.
