“I had the privilege of working with Hadi at the T mobile located in Sams Club. He inquired about my family’s usage in order to get us a plan that works for us without overselling anything…in fact said we don’t need as much storage on the phones we chose. He then ensured we were eligible for all promotions. I’ve had questions since switching to T mobile (from Verizon) and he is always available in person or on the phone. When he doesn’t have access to an answer, he makes calls immediately to get the answers and solves any concerns. Aside from all the professional attributes, he’s friendly and truly goes above and beyond!”
“I am not one to leave a review on anything I purchase, visit, or go to. I had to make this one because of the excellent customer service I received from Marie. I was blown away by how helpful she was.
Being in the construction industry for over 30 years I have not paid any attention to the new technology of my phone. I can tell you about concrete, asphalt, drainage at commercial buildings but I can’t tell you anything about search engines, widgets, and absolutely nothing about the iCloud.
I had no idea what plan I had or what great deal I was entitled to for years that I have been a customer of Metro PCS and no one else from another store I was dealing with never took a look or explained anything to me about my plan. Marie explained everything and I walked out of there with a phone and a beautiful tablet for 50 dollars and no extra line charge and my unlimited plan is still exactly the same payment that it has been for years.
I live about 30 minutes away from the Selden store and probably passed 3 or 4 metro stores and I will keep doing that because of Maries fantastic customer service. The fact that she is absolutely beautiful is just a added bonus. Thank you for all your help I really appreciate it and will recommend everyone to go there to independent plaza and ask for Marie.”

“As a target fanatic I would by far this is one of the best targets on long island (besides Commack location). This target is always clean, it's one of the only targets that still offers pizza hut-- Always great parking, very convent location. I go out of my way to go to this target even though there are closer locations. I would recommend!”
“After starting off at the TMobile in Central Islip where I waited 35 mins to be serviced and then was poorly serviced and cancelled everything I was doing..I rushed over to this Tmobile last minute to upgrade my phone, as it was the only time I had with how crazy my work schedule is. The young man behind the counter Sayed was SO helpful and SO informative on getting me through the upgrade where as the tmobile I started off before, the associate didnt help or try and brushed me off basically. Sayed went above and beyond (even past closing time) to make sure I got the best deal with my upgrade and that I walked out with the upgrade the same day! He was super paitent and super friendly! I will only be returning to this tmobile from now on. Thank you Sayed!!”

He personally delivered the machine himself with such care and attention — so professional. Ron also repaired my Beatles Pinball machine that was damaged from an outside shipping company. He ordered all the replacement parts and came to my home to install them. When I visited his showroom, I saw him restoring a pinball machine, and you could see how meticulous he is with the restoration. Ron is a pleasure to deal with and an expert in the world of pinball. “I am 73 y/o and did my first actual phone trade-in on 4/5/24. I went to this Verizon company store (rather than mailing it in) to talk to a real person to make sure that I did everything right. I was greeted by TTEC AMD (don't know his name) and explained my situation. He walked through all the steps (I actually hadn't missed anything), confirmed we were good, and even gave me a receipt when I asked. This took less than 10 minutes and he could not have been any nicer or more efficient.”
