Whenever I make a trip to stony Brook i stop in. The staff always help me to find my size in a petite. And when I can’t get there physically they help me on the phone and make it so easy. No problem with exchanges or returns. In many establishments service is not on the radar and with others service is first. That counts for a lot with me, a daughter of a merchant.

During COVID with their stores closed for months and daily multiple emails to purchase online, Chico's StonyBrook not accepting returns today greater than 60 days.

It's like a spa experience only for clothing. Chico's has the most helpful and professional staff. Customer service is exceptional. There are new items coming in all the time! Sales are amazing! Whether it's returns or purchases or even just browsing, Chico's is always happy that you stopped by! I'm always glad I did too!
