“I had my son's bank account at this bank.
I visited with my son as he was enrolled in a school in another state. I closed the account and received the balance in cash, and the process was handled quickly and courteously. However, instead of immediately returning our ID after checking it, when we were about to leave the bank, they hurriedly followed us out to return our ID, apologizing and returning our ID. The attitude was polite and we were not offended at all.”
“This bank really gave me a second chance when I went through a bankruptcy situation and not only was a just considered a member of their branch but one who was family. They even went the extra 10 miles to make sure I was not a victim of identity theft. They really know how to look out for customers there as if they were true family members.”
