Kate is the front office and who will interact with the client on a regular basis in order to strategize , Quote, and execute the onboarding and the actual arranging of the move dates. Kate was responsive, professional, knowledgeable, honest and I felt she went above and beyond every opportunity she got. Once the particulars were worked out, I had the pleasure of being assigned Damien and Matt As project managers, along with some other teammates, whom I have unfortunately forgotten the names of. Damien and Matt both have the same demeanor and work ethic. No matter how challenging things may have been they were calm, cool and collected. They put their heads together and found a solution that Exceeded my expectations on every topic. I am so grateful to Matt and Damien for handling my items with Care and Moving all of my belongings cross country with no damage and no surprises. They worked with my interior designer and met all of her requests with a smile on their faces on a 95° day with high humidity. I didn’t realize that this work ethic still existed in the world, but I have a renewed faith after working with these gentlemen and their teams. I am practically speechless.
