“On my way toward rochester from coxsackie had to stop and get gas.or I was going to run out, so I stopped at the closest gas station and I got off at exit 32. Needed some caffeine, so I went inside to get some and met Amanda. I've never seen someone working so hard at a gas station, especially this late at night. On top of it, she had a great personality and was very polite. She seems to be destined for greatness, so take care of her while you have her. I can tell by my experience, she impacts a lot more people! Thank you Amanda! ?”

“They have a straight Ethanol pump so you wont get that quart of mixed in the line before pure Gasoline. Also big or small they haul it all. Amazing service. They even have cranes.”
“Nice enough but honest question: Do New Yorkers not have passports? Why does every place struggle with passports, but accept status ID? They even accept them from different states. Is NY unfamiliar with the states that have become United? I only ask because that's who designed and approved of my ID.”

“This updated shop is where we always go when traveling. Fill up on gas, grab a bite to eat with some drinks and munchies for the road. Awesome subs and the staff has been the best I've seen every time we go, always friendly and quick and make sure you are satisfied before leaving the location. Highly recommend this establishment.”

“I just bought 2 home office chairs here and was helped immensely by 3 associates. I neglected to get their names, I’m sorry, but 2 female staffers were super polite and helpful, cashing me out, loading the boxes on a huge cart for me, and then getting a male staffer to pleasantly take them to my car and load both in it for me! I could not have taken advantage of the sale price on them and on the gas I bought without their help. Great job, Utica store personnel!”
“Stopped into Stewarts for gas last Monday and found myself locked out of my vehicle (FOB needed a new battery). I addressed Robert, who was extremely helpful, using his phone to help me contact family. As I hung around, Robert and a coworker were extremely pleasant, offering up coffee as well as sharing laughs while I waited for family to arrive. Now thats "great customer service!"
