We love to travel, but we always worry about leaving our dog that we adore behind. It was wonderful knowing that he was in such good hands. Alisa is so wonderful and responsive, and she emailed us phenomenal pictures of him daily which was perfect. There is no other place we would want to leave him. I think Bentley had a wonderful time there on his vacation.

Called twice and emailed twice to ask a few questions and see if this place was for us, and never received a response. Disappointing, especially after reading all the great reviews. Oh, well.

My mixed breed dog has had only positive boarding experiences at Waggs n Woofs. I’m always confident, that Remy’s “quirks”, receive the special attention, that is needed. Recently, my flight home was canceled due to weather/airport closing. My trip home was delayed for three days. Waggs n Woofs was most accommodating and extended Remy’s stay. W & W is Remy’s home away from home

Waggs-and-woofs has always been far and away the BEST doggie day care- hands down. And now, I just saw on Facebook the owner Alisa Carr is bumping it up another notch with the introduction & implementation of DOG GURUS !! Her post made ne want to know more about this program. All I can say us is WOW. Check it out. I'm sure you will be as excited as I am. How awesome for our pups ? to have this level of care, love , enrichment and most of all FUN !! This is a win win. Thank you Alisa for all you do to make sure our pets experience the best of the best. Can't wait to see and hear more about DOG GURUS !

the first thing I noticed is how happy and excited the dogs are upon arriving . equally important is the genuine happiness of staff to see each dog & how staff always greets them by name. the facility is immaculate and staff provides enrichment based on each dog's interest. I particularly love watching play time & love the daily posts. The owner, Alisa is fully vested in making doggie day care a safe and enjoyable experience not only for the pups, but also for the parents. it is such fun to see the daily pics she posts. brings a smile every time. I especially appreciate Alisa's dedication; implementing new ideas & creating an environment where each pup can learn & grow. Waggs-and-woofs has always been a first rate day care, and Alisa still finds ways to make the experience even better ! Can't wait to see what is next !! thank you Alisa

My boyfriend and I went on vacation and our 6 month old puppy boarded overnight here for 10 nights. I was so nervous about boarding our puppy because he’s never been boarded before and he’s so young & can be a lot to handle at times.I love how they have the boarding right in their home. That eased my mind that someone is always there.Alisa and her team go above and beyond to care for every dog. They keep their customers updated with an amazing Facebook page with photos!Alisa is also very knowledgeable and her and her team are professionals at caring for dogs.Also I’d like to add that our flight was cancelled and we couldn’t get back home for another day and Alisa was more than happy to keep our puppy for another night. She saved me so much stress. And I’m so glad I found this place and will recommend to everyone I know!

We moved from Chicago to Upstate NY and desperately needed a new doggy daycare/boarding. I called several places in the area, and either they didn't do boarding, they didn't do daycare, or their business practices didn't meet our super high standards, as our Daycare/Boarder (Bonnie) in Chicago was truly the best of the best. I spoke with the owner for about 45 minutes on the phone and decided to give them a shot, as their business practices and overall love for animals mirrored our beloved Bonnie back home. Today, our 2.5 year old Black Mouth Cur mix had his daycare/boarding evaluation. The owners are extremely professional, as well as HUGE animal lovers, and very personable. And Murphy is EXHAUSTED from his day, which tells us he had a very good day at daycare! We will be using Waggs-and-Woofs for daycare and boarding for the remaining time we are in NY, as we will be traveling to and from IL a lot. It was nice to find someone we feel we feel will treat our dog with the same love, affection, and protection that we give our boy.

Alisa has been so helpful with taking care of my fur baby while I am away. I’m always a little nervous about leaving her places but she makes you feel comfortable and confident. Koda always comes home joyful and tired out from her stay! A tired dog is a happy dog! Alisa pays close attention to your dog and is able to give you details about their stay when picking up. Dennis always comes out to grab Koda’s pen (which is quite large) and all of her belongings. They are both very kind and compassionate people. Waggs-and-Woofs is always my first call whenever I plan to be away!! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable place to board their dog!

Alisa and Dennis have been amazing to work with. Their hours and rates are more than reasonable, and my high energy dog comes home happy and tired every night! They truly make a great team and I know my dog is in great hands when I drop off. Thank you for everything you do for us! We are so happy to have found you!

Oliver attends enrichment daycare every Wednesday and we are so happy we have found this amazing place. Oliver's social skills have improved and he surely is exhausted when he gets home from a fun filled day!

Bringing my puppy to Waggs and Woofs for daycare has been an amazing experience for the last 3 months. Alisa and Dennis are so caring and compassionate with my dog and truly care about his well-being and safety! I even get nice photo updates while I’m at work. You can’t beat the experience your dog will get here... they have made my dog well socialized and behaved in a very clean and spacious environment. 100% recommend!

I bring my rescue puppy here for Wednesday enrichment dog care and she's happy to go. She loves playing with the more mature dogs. Alisa is caring and patient with her. It's also nice for me to have a break in the week to get more work and errands done!

Bella had her introduction there today and she loved it...you can tell from the time you drive up to W&W’s that they take pride in their business and their animals are their top priority! Bella loved it there and I would not use any other Kennel...they r fabulous!!! Bella is looking forward to her three night stay there next week !!
