They are the best. I got my hair cut, dyed and blown out for a reasonable price. The staff is friendly and they can do ALL types of hair.

Requested style: Brought in a photo I was in love with, my hair had different tones of red in it but they were able to take out the red and let me walk out back with my blonde ombré style I loveeee!! So thankful!! No damage to my hair at all.

Only place I go to get a wash & set . great hospitality. It's alwàys packed in this place ,so plan accordingly. I've referred a few people & they're still satisfied customers.

Growing up this was my go to hair salon up until now. They always overcharge me, there’s a new price every time I come here. I am an African American young woman and they discriminate against my hair type. Do not come here, they’re not fond of all people.

I honestly just went there because I'm new to staten island and I didn't know where else to go. I'll NEVER set foot in that place again. My 8 year old daughter and I used go there biweekly for wash n sets. My daughter and I hated going there. They did good work. But those twin sisters are NOT friendly at all. Mad rude and standoffish. Very nasty attitudes. I see that they are even nastier to black people. Racist!! It's a whole bad vibe when I'm there. I found a much better salon to go to. I'll NEVER go inside Yolanda's Magical Scissors again. There's nothing "magical" about that place. If those twins nasty attitudes continue, they will keep losing customers. It sucks that I had a bad experience but I'm grateful because it pointed me in the direction of a much better hair salon. They are not the only salon in staten island and they are definitely not the best.And it's not clean either... If you use their bathroom they ask that you don't flush the toilet with toilet paper. They suggest throwing used, soiled toilet paper in waste basket in the bathroom. That is absolutely NASTY!!!! They have the audacity to act like it's a high end salon. When its disgusting and those twins are just nasty too???

Keep little black girls out of here please . They use texturizing products in their shampoos. My daughters hair is still breaking off and she was all natural before they touched her hair . Never again
