This is an improved version of an earlier model that I owned. The light source is now replaceable that was not possible in the earlier model. We love the design and that is why we bought the new model.

This review is specifically regarding their online site. I ordered through their website and received an incomplete light fixture missing the main part of the fixture. The customer service rep refuses to believe me and will not refund or replace. All I have now is a huge box with a few globes. They also charged my credit card 6 months before shipping due to a backorder. I'm out over a thousand dollars. Would not recommend ordering through this business.
