Layda was amazing and helped me out with my business account. Very friendly and creative when it comes to Solutions for the phone. Highly recommend her and the entire Verizon store at Woodrow. I always have a good experience with this particular location.

Today my girlfriend and I went into this Verizon and were refused service by Nick. We brought in a phone purchased at a different Verizon store and needed the information transferred from old to the new one. Nick stated he wouldn’t be making any money off this transaction for us because he would be doing someone else’s job.. he tried to make us buy phone accessories just so he can make commission on us. A process that would have taken him 5 minutes and he refused. We called up Verizon and they stated that this kind of service happens often and it was this employees decision to refuse service because he wouldn’t make a sale. Be careful with this guy Nick, he is very afraid of his boss

The kid Nick who works their is AMAZING at his job beyond knowledgeable and remembers everything he helped 3 of us get new phones and set them up he made our entire experience a breeze! So Thank you to him!

BE VERY CAREFUL when purchasing something from this Verizon store (1243 Woodrow Road, SI, NY). On 10/28/23 I bought a cellphone and, without asking me, a cover for the cell phone, a screen protector and a charger were added, all items so expensive. Everything without even asking me if I wanted to. When I asked to return the items, I was not allowed to return the screen protector, which they placed without asking me. BE CAREFUL.
