Absolutely horrible. They closed the store on veterans road south so I had to come here. I have been waiting over an hour to upgrade my phone. They have 3 people working. Absolute Nonsense. Why close a store if u have the demand. Because they save more money. That’s why. I would do it online but I need a phone now. Literally people waiting around everywhere.

Zara was incredibly helpful in purchasing and setting up my new iPhone. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was done correctly and helped me when I couldn’t remember my passcode, didn’t have my phone backed up, and such. Though this store is small, the service was impeccable! Highly recommend!!
