Devon and Adam at the Akron location were incredible! They were amazingly patient and knowledgeable spending almost 2 hours helping to sort out errors and remove temp lines inappropriately added to the account by the corporate store. I highly recommend them and can’t thank them enough for saving me from this nightmare!

The young man who waited on me was very nice. I hadn't been there in a few months. Was sorry to here that Alex left. Alex was an excellent person that helped me when ì had problems with my phone. Really going to miss him.
