I think it’s ridiculously how it says they close at 9 and I came 8 o’clock the the store was closed online it say 9pm the sign at the store clearly says 9 o’clock then there’s no store telephone number just a customer service number very unprofessional wasted my time..
So went in the next day love how they give you a I owe you money look gave them my ID in her hand and threw the ID on the table no do you need help nothing horrible customer service stay away from this place

Contrary to what the 877 phone number by B customer service says, they DO NOT TAKE BACK Fios equipment. You have to take it to another location.
Staff at the Hylan Blvd location was courteous and professional. Store was roomy and clean.

I needed to switch my old iPhone for a new one. On March 30, 2024, we went to a store on New Dorp Lane. There, we were greeted by an unfriendly lady who spoke very quickly and with sarcasm. She made it seem like she was doing us a favor with every response, didn't show us the colors and models of the phones. Seeing that I was having trouble understanding her, she seemed to deliberately mock me, making me feel uncomfortable. I asked what the weight difference was between the iPhone 15 Plus and the iPhone 15 Pro. She answered that there was no difference. I had held them in an Apple store before and knew there was a difference. The salesperson told me that I could Google it myself. I find such behavior to be rude and unprofessional. We had to go to another store and lost a lot of time and nerves.

Just had a very rude experience with a blonde salesperson on 3/14 12:33PM at Verizon of New Dorp Lane. I came in friendly and professional looking to see what deals were available and was received with nothing but sarcasm and an attitude. I am a paying customer and the Verizon salespeople of this store need to work on their customer service, go to another store they don’t need your commission here.

The service I received at Verizon was great. I was greeted by the staff as soon as I entered the store. Staff was friendly,knowledgeable and very helpful. I would received them to anyone.
