The worse place to do any transactions. Have to wait 2 hours. I start asking what’s the status coz most of them is inside the employees room. Then I was told by the manager that they can’t do my upgrade and ask John to help someone else. This place should be check for their customer reception. They don’t mind if your 21 years with Verizon. Rude and non apologetic.

I traveled internationally and added international monthly plan for $100 extra on my $80 unlimited plan, I didn’t know that the international plan only give 250 min in and out , they put overage $139 I used only FaceTime to avoid overage they still put overage $ 174 I found out they charge FaceTime audio calls as regular calls they ripped off my bank account for 3rd bill $308 overage until I blocked them with my bank I took my number to other company

No knowledge of problem I was having. Did something with my phone where things git deleted and now I have to add passwords to everything. After waiting then wasting at least 45 minutes with the guy he told me to call support. Horrible experience where I feel like I want to get rid of Verizon all together after paying so much for their services

On the evening of 1/27/24, I walked into the Verizon store on Richmond Ave to determine if I was going to pre-order the new Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. Without waiting too long, I was greeted by Jose, who was both knowledgeable and friendly.He patiently waited for me to express my wants and needs and answered all of my questions. Please continue to hire model employees like Jose, who go above and beyond to exceed customers' expectations. His professional skills and deep knowledge of the company will help to retain and attract customers.My experience was Five Stars, and I would definitely do business again. Thank you, Jose, from the Richmond Ave Verizon store.

Website said they open at 9:00 holiday hours. Got there a little early with many other customers and we were told that they don’t open till 10 o’clock. You would think they would update their site. What a joke.

I came here to pick up an order I purchased on the Verizon app. They did a poor job of welcoming me to the store as I walked around for about 7 minutes before anyone asked if I needed help. No one directed me to register as a customer, and the sign directing visitors to do so was not very "in your face" as you entered.Finally, an employee came from the back of the store, approached me, and asked if I needed help. He was pleasant and helpful.I regret not getting his name so I could include it here. After asking my name and identification, he found my order on his tablet right away, went to the back for 30 seconds, and came back with it in his hands.This employee is the only reason I gave 4 stars to this particular Verizon store.

Made an appointment to drop off my old phone. It took an hour long wait for a 30 second transaction. They ended up taking two walk ins before me, even though I had an appointment and the whole experience was bizarre. Half the staff who were on the floor were just talking to their friends, the other half that were actually working took an hour to help their only customer. So in one hour, 6 staff members helped 3 customers. We are buying a cell phone folks, not a Lexus or a house... After the app told me I was "next" in line for an hour, I got fed up and asked someone for help... I ended up switching to AT&T and am now saving a bunch every month and got two brand new iphones for switching... so it all worked out!
