This individual is an absolute disgrace. He hates his job and makes customers feel uncomfortable and causes a lot of stress and chaos. He needs to find another job. I am calling on UPS to immediately send help. There are multiple complaints about his demeanor.

I sent a package with an iPhone back to T-Mobile at this location in April and the warehouse still can’t find it or locate it and I lost my receipt from this store, I’ve been calling their number and no one picks up so now I’m being charged for this phone that’s 800.00, I am physically disabled and cannot go to the store so if the owner is reading this please help, I’d appreciate it. Helpful and professional staff, as always. Today I had to send a parcel with no return label and the guy at front-desk was so kind to help and did everything so accurate and knowledgeable. Thank you for your outstanding service

Awesome job by J10 for always keeping me nice and loose, my oh my is he awesome! also shout out to the nice black male Jamal for helping take my returns and codes! I love shopping and shopping is the best! I don't like working and i don't have a job so to have a J10 to compete with my boring husband, really means the world.

Last week I needed a notary, when I called they said they didn't have one that day so I asked when do they work his answer was call every day. I finally went when one was working, nothing but attitude. I was charged $2.00. Today I needed something else notorized and was rudely told to wait. Tim was taking care of another customer who was a little intense and Tim noted after they left, in front of all the customers that if she knows that much she should work here. Totally obnoxious.
Today's notary was $5.00. I didn't comment about price because he probably would have said something under his breath when I left.
You advertise your store has a notary, they should be there full time or list their hours and have a better attitude.

The store is run well and organized. Helpful and dependable staff. Convenient location. Everything delivered on time. Never a problem all the years I’m using the Hylan BLVD. location. The team -Joe, Tim and Vin are fantastic. I am a frequent customer and always greeted with a smile. I am on the elderly side and they are always helpful with packages, as well as processing everything smoothly. They are all incredibly respectful and responsive. I have never once had a problem with any of my packages getting to their destination on time. They are all a hard working crew that are pleasant & efficient and truly go above and beyond.i see them treat not only myself, but all of their customers this way. I use this location for all my shipping needs. Work (I work from home and frequently need ups) as well as personal. I use this location at a minimum once a week and truly can depend upon both UPS and the wonderful team at the Hylan blvd. Location.
