I don't remember her name, but my usual cutter Tony M who normally cuts my hair was out and I needed my hair cut badly. So I took the advice of one of the girls and went to a woman in the first or second chair on the end near the entrance. It was a disaster. First off she wouldn't listen to me when I tried to explain how I wanted my hair cut. Then she did something weird with the sides because my hair is very fine and now my hair looks like it's sticking out on the sides. That didn't bother me too much. She also made the back all choppy by the neck, something I've never had a problem with from Tony in ten years. But the worst thing is she at one put put a comb to my eyebrow and trimmed it. She said she was trimming 1 hair but it was extremely noticeable. I immediately hated it and said something but the damage was done I had to get the other one trimmed to match. She said my eyebrows had made me look old...at one point she called me a baby because I wanted my hair done a certain way and she didn't want to hear it. I just got it cut on January 4th 2024 and didn't want to start anything but tomorrow I'm going back to complain about it. One person already asked me what happened to my eyebrows so I know it's noticeible..I'm so pissed kff...Do not go there unless you know the barber you're using.

This is the first time i go to this salon and it will be the last time! They are very "professional" with kids hair cut,it's so funny that my kid's hair will not be even,it looks like a beginer who take the barber scissors first time! They will finish less than 10mins with a horiible styling, but they will ask you is it so handsome,we don't want to be rude,so we just keep silient! They will take off your kids mask without asking, and so rush for the hair cut,we share a picture to they for the hair styling we want, unfortunately they can't make it or they even don't want take a look! They will do what they want to do and ignore what you want! We paid tips to the hair stylist eventhough we are very disappoint for the result,we hope he can save the tips to join some hair cut class in the future! If you want to take adventure for your kidshair, just go to the salon!

My friend and I tried this place out. The woman named "Lee" was very rude to the both of us. First, she did not introduce herself or say hello to either of us. When my friend insisted that she wanted her hair done like mine, Lee told her my hair was wrong. She was very insulting and continued to be for the entire visit. Instead of apologizing to her customers, Lee kept being obnoxious. I do not recommend going to this hair salon.

I went there yesterday for the first time. Jan 12, 2020. I seen it is a 4 star on the web. The way they answered the phone to find out exactly where there location is at the Mall...Totally unprofessional...Well, I get there and no one is there to wash my hair because she went off somewhere...After my hair was, finally washed no towel on my head and she takes me on a trip through the salon to get someone to do my hair....People sitting all around not doing anything...she takes me to someone who already has a customer in the chair...Thinking to myself..WTF. I am 69 years old and was not happy with the way I was treated...The person actually now left me just standing there waiting for her to come back and get me someone to blow out my hair....She never came back...Just left me standing..Bjeshka approached me and asked me to sit down and she will do my hair...Other than she almost burned my scalp with the blower ...She was very nice...As I left and went to the entrance to pay ...3 people sitting there having a heavy conversation took my money without even looking at me and I left....I will not be back....This is not a way to treat a customer, a Senior...Terrible experience....

First and foremost, the lady who cut both my kids hair was wonderful. I forgot her name but she worked with my two kids while they were screaming and crying. She was very professional. Why i give this this place a horrible review? Well, a lady who works there and was a few chairs away, yelled out angrily for my son to shut up! I am never going back to this horrible place because of her. It took so much for me not to smack her in the face. How dare she yell at a child. It's not a pleasing experience for anyone especially my two kids. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The man in front was apologetic but the damage was done.

Worst experience, horrible service and unprofessional workers. I went to get my hair dyed to a dirty blonde and came out with white hair and the hair stylist Kay burned all the top of my hair off. My experience with her was awful she was extremely rude to me and had no knowledge of what she was doing. During the process of dying my hair I saw smoke start to come out of my head and it was burning me. I told her that it was burning and smoke was coming out and she said that's normal. She then behind my back tried to stop the smoke by putting water on my head. That didn't stop the smoke so she then brought me to the sink to wash off the dye. While she tried brushing my hair all my hair started to fall off. After all this was done to me she had the nerve to ask for a tip. Overall I had a horrible experience and do not get your hair dyed here.

Convenient haircut spot, I've been going to Tony for many years, very good haircuts super professional and friendly. Decent prices. They also take card but tips are cash only. The place does get really busy around the weekends and evenings.

They should have a sign that says " can not wash/blow dry African American natural hair. I came here to wash and blow dry( the last time I was here was about 2 years ago) A lady comes, touches my hair and immediately screams "No, I can't do it, I thought you said her hair was thin" I shook my head and walked out. So freaking embarrassing.
