They successfully aided me with my echo weedwacker! Great customer service, good communication with me especially considering I came all the way from Brooklyn by bus. Very friendly and knowledgeable workers who know their stuff, was even offered refreshments on the steaming summer day. If you need assistance with any home equipment related business these are the guys for you. I will definitely be back in the future!

It is a shop I will never go . I was there about 6 yrs ago which the staff treated me like I wasn’t welcome . I was there again and stood in front of 4 staff and wouldn’t even ask me if i needed help because of my color? A guy came who was their color and they attended right away to him. I walked out and left peacefully.

Thought highly of this place. Since it’s been open for the longest I thought they were profesional. Walked in yesterday looking for a replacement part for my pressure washer. Instead I got received with horrible comments from the “manager” saying “ this is a piece of s#%^ machine what do you expect?” It’s a 600 dollar pressure washer I bought from a box store. And ended up cursing the whole time I was there. I asked him if he could look up the part I needed, he “looked it up” and a second later he said the part will cost me $500. Me being surprised I said “wow really Almost same price as the machine?” and he responded again saying well go buy another piece of s#%+ machine If you want.
I was going with the intention of buying the part or a new pressure washer. But I’ll take my money somewhere else.
