Went in because my set had a missing piece and the replacement was going to take forever through the site. Unfortunately they did not have the piece available in the pick- your brick section. BUT this amazing staff member helped me look in the back and on the display pieces they have just to find the missing piece. AMAZING PEEPS at this location.”
“I went on Thursday and it was pretty empty. I love that I was able to have the space for my 1 year old to get her birthday bear. The staff were all friendly and nice. It allowed me all the time to pick and choose the outfit for her bear.”

“My daughter got her 2nd lobe pierced by Nicole, what a wonderful experience. She was amazing and so gentle with my girl. When I took my daughter in June one of the worker who is no longer there pierced it wrong and it got infected. I called the store and spoke to nicole and she told me to wait a couple of weeks until it healed and to bring her back to get it re pierced. Thank you nicole! The customer service in this store is amazing!”

The staff is amazing and the store has a variety of cards and other things to get as gifts but it’s so HOT in the damn store. I went it to buy couple of scratch offs and thought I was in a sauna. PLEASE FIX THE AC!!!”
